The Tile Box guarantees;

(1) Product quality to be grade A.

(2) Replacement of broken tile that been broken due to negligence of The Tile Box.

(3) Dedicate time to answer any questions and advice pertaining to The Tile Box's products, and any questions regarding installation and/or care required for a tile job as a result of purchasing merchandise from The Tile Box.

(4) The Tile Box does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any installation.

(5) The Tile Box is not affiliated with any installers whether recommended by The Tile Box or any of its employees, or whether it has been chosen by the customer through The Tile Box.

(6) Hiring tradespeople is 100% customer responsibility.

(7) Tile setter business cards showcased at The Tile Box are for advertising purposes only.

(8) The Tile Box does not hire delivery drivers. Delivery, handling and all other associated fees and/or physical labor are the sole responsibility of the customer.

(9)The Tile Box will not take any responsibility for any damage that might occur to any product after a transaction from The Tile Box has been completed and total departure of The Tile Box premises has occurred.

 

Any merchandise carried by The Tile Box is provided as is without any guarantees or warranty. In association with the product, The Tile Box makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.

 

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
